Built in 1998, the Kaya Amsterdam building faces the Salinas near the Harbour Village Marina, where one can often see Bonaire's famed flamingos, egrets and other animal life. While the first and second floor of the building are used as offices and storefronts, the third floor of the Kaya Amsterdam building is reserved exclusively for residential use. This top floor features 20 apartments in various configurations, including studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom units. |
