Gentle/Moderate Yoga: Focuses on integrating the body, breath, and mind, using physical postures and breathing techniques to increase strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Each movement encourages self-awareness and acceptance. Movements range from gentle to challenging.
Vigorous Vinyasa Yoga: Leaving you feeling energized and blissful. The class will incorporate both classical and creatively adapted sun salutations, standing and seated postures, balance poses, backbends and inversions and for those who crave a workout, arm balances, core work and total body conditioning will be offered. Classes build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Come play, sweat, challenge, and empower yourself!
